Fair-use limits for AI processing, drawing uploads, storage and invitations, and the billable processing milestone, will be agreed before launch. Creating a draft project alone will not consume an allowance.

Professional Tender Assessment
From £399 + VAT
A planned independent review of quotations, commercial discrepancies, exclusions and provisional sums, with clarification recommendations and a written assessment. Separate from the existing specification review service.
No payment will be accepted until reviewer availability, qualifications, scope, turnaround and delivery are confirmed. The lowest tender is not necessarily the most suitable.
