The planned professional workflow

One shared scope, confidential contractor returns and a final report you review and present to your client.

This is the intended service, not a live professional account workflow. Each stage will be tested before professional registration opens.

01

Set up your practice

Add your business details and branding. Professional memberships will be self-declared unless a separate verification process is introduced.

02

Create a client project

Bring together project information, privately stored drawings and identifiable drawing revisions.

03

Prepare and approve the specification

Use the existing descriptive specification engine. Edit the scope, resolve gaps and record your approval against the specification and drawing revisions.

04

Invite contractors

Issue one approved tender package. Contractors will price for free, with secure access to that tender only and no access to competing returns.

05

Compare the submissions

Review submitted totals and VAT alongside trade prices, allowances and qualifications. Unpriced work needs clarification, not an invented price or automatic exclusion.

06

Review and present your report

Add professional commentary and your own recommendation to a practice-branded report. AI observations will remain advisory; appointment decisions stay with the practice and client.
